Scensational Start Award (first 70 days) -

Level 1: sell at least $1500 or sell $500 and sponsor one new consultant who hits $200 in sales

Level 2: sell at least $3000 or sell $1500 and sponsor one new consultant who hits $200 in sales

Level 3: sell at least $6000 or sell $3000 and sponsor two new consultants who each hit $200 in sales.

Monthly Sales Award- every time you sell 2000 PRV in one month, you get a 5% bonus on your sales.

Annual Sales Excellence Award- awarded to all consultants, who achieve 30,000 PRV or more each year. Qualification period is May 1-April 30. Rewarded with a $1,000 bonus and trophy.  This averages out to 2500 PRV a month.

Annual Mentor Award- Personally sponsor 14 or more NEW consultants who become CERTIFIED or higher in a year. Qualification period is May 1 -April 30. Rewarded with a $25 bonus per certified consultant, $50 bonus per Lead or higher consultant and trophy.

Shining Star Award - This is given to a consultant who fulfills the Scentsy mission and exemplifies our core values of Simplicity, Authenticity and Generosity. Consultants nominate the fellow consultants each year and the winner is selected by Scentsy's executive team.
